Upon completion, you will have a solid understanding of generators, alternators, voltage regulation, power generator safety, automatic transfer switches, and more. Be Ready To Be Mobile

While you may find a job in a dedicated location, many generator technicians travel as part of their job. It is common for technicians in the oil and gas industry, mining, forestry, emergency response, and other fields to travel to and from job sites. If you enjoy travel, working in these industries can provide excitement and an ever-changing work environment.
